This is not as expensive as it sounds, in fact 9 times out of 10 it is much cheaper then buying from a retailer and it fits to your style and your needs!

Maintenance:

Need a fan installed, door installed, gutter cleaned. Is your honey do list getting longer everyday, and just cannot seem to get it done, low prices on services no job to small. Pressure washing.

General maintenance, Carpentry or maybe need help with hanging those Christmas lights.

Lawn Care:

Design a new look , add a pond, flower bed, border, need help maintaining that look, we do that too.

Preventative Maintenance:  Is the key to keeping home repair cost down. Our check list goes through your home and looks for ways for you to save energy as well as maintaining the structure and preventing expensive repair bills in the future. We will go through your home with a fine tooth comb making sure that everything is up to par. Our preventative maintenance consultation is 75.00.

After our consultation you will get a report of what are findings are. We are not done yet, we will also go over the report with you and give instructions on how to correct any problems we may have come across. We will also give you a free quote with labor and material cost for each item, Then the choice is yours, whether to fix it yourself or call on us to help you with some  or all of the items listed.

The only thing we do not check is your HVAC this is something you should have done 2 times a year by a licensed dealer or contractor, many HVAC Companies offer maintenance or service contracts annually, be sure you know the complete terms of service before you enter into any contracts, some are more expensive then a regular service call or cleaning.
